Art Lessons Just for You

Private lessons are geared towards the serious art student who likes the flexibility of scheduling personalized lessons. Schedule your lessons by appointment. Lessons are 45 minutes, once a week for 4 weeks. Every other week lessons are also available.

MARKET STREET POTTERY
Hand Building Lessons:
Learn techniques to create bowls, mugs and boxes with lids. Create theme related sculptures and pottery with hand building techniques -- pinch, coil, slab. Lessons include three, 1-hour private lessons (individual), clay, firing, glazes.
Wheel Throwing Lessons:
Learn the basics of throwing clay on the wheel. Receive one-hour private lessons (individual), clay, firing and glazes. Make up to three pieces of pottery. Lessons are for ages 12 to adult, and are scheduled by appointment during evenings.
